I can't think of any better way to start our week. We will be traveling to the Civic Center in Des Moines today to enjoy a play/musical about our nation's 44 presidents. We have talked for the last week about presidents and the upcoming election. It is very interesting to hear how much the 3rd graders know about the upcoming election. I think that is great.
I will be giving a field trip recap with a few photos later. You can also watch Twitter today for updates as we are on our field trip.
We will have a busy week this week after our field trip as we get back into our normal reading routine. We will have a Reading test on Friday as well as a Spelling test. We will also be beginning our third unit of math. This school year is already flying by!
