This week is Red Ribbon Week. We are asking that if your family is able to provide some things to donate to UDMO that you send those items with your student. If you are unable to donate that is just fine too.
Monday was a can of soup. Tuesday was dry goods. Wednesday is things to stay clean. Thursday is things to stay warm. Any items may be donated regardless of the day.
There is homework in math tonight about area. There is also a challenge problem about area. The kids must do the challenge on their own. Minimal help please.
We also want to welcome Taylor Spencer to our class. Taylor was a student here in Kindergarten and has rejoined us in third grade. I was so proud of how welcome the kids all made her feel today. I saw several of them asking her to sit by them at lunch and to play with them at recess.
Fundraiser packets are due on WEDNESDAY!!!
I hope to see everyone at conferences on Thursday. Remember we will be getting out early Thursday to accommodate for conferences.
